The company

Sci-Fleet Motors is a family owned and operated local business that has been servicing South East QLD for over 40 years. Employing over 550 staff, Sci-Fleet has multiple Toyota, Lexus and Hino dealerships spanning across South East QLD which look after all aspects of motoring including Parts, Service, Finance and Insurance.

We currently have an opportunity for a Full-Time Contact Centre Operator Monday – Friday, 7:00am - 4:00pm.

Location: 59 Kitchener Road Kedron.

The role

Working with a fun, motivated team alongside our multiple service workshops. You will be responsible for.

  • Handling of and taking vehicle bookings over the phone.
  • Redirecting calls to internal business departments.
  • Responsible for outgoing call requirements.
  • Ordering of vehicle parts
  • Organizing guest requirements and requests whilst maintaining the highest standard of data integrity.
  • Achieving departments KPIs

The candidate

  • Service receptionist and/ or customer service role experience desirable
  • A strong work ethic with high attention to detail
  • Work well alongside a positive self-motivated team.
  • The ability to prioritise and adapt to changes in daily schedules
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • A current Queensland Driver's licence.
