NDIS Administration Officer

Bharosa Community Services is a trusted, registered NDIS provider delivering high-quality supports across Queensland. We specialise in Nursing Care, Support Coordination, Behaviour Support, SIL/STA/MTA/ILO, and a wide range of core and capacity-building supports.
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Administration Officer to join our growing team.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily office administration, records, and correspondence.
- Maintain NDIS documentation, policies, and procedures in line with compliance requirements.
- Assist with audits, reporting, and data management.
- Support accounts receivable/payable functions.
- Monitor participant invoicing and claims.
- Support the recruitment and onboarding of support workers.
- Maintain staff compliance and onboarding documentation.
- Collaborate with the roster manager to ensure effective rostering.
- Work closely with the Client Engagement Manager on client onboarding and service setup.
- Liaise with clients, families, and key stakeholders to provide timely support.
- Ensure smooth communication between participants, staff, and management.
Requirements
- Previous experience in administration, NDIS operations, or accounting support (preferred).
- Strong computer skills – NDIS CRM, Microsoft Office essential;
- Excellent organisational and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask, manage competing priorities, and work both independently and in a team.
- Knowledge of NDIS systems and compliance (desirable – training provided).
