About the role

New opportunity to join Supagas as a Contracts Manager.

In this role, you will take the lead in reviewing, amending, and negotiating contracts and other key documents, including those with multi-national and large national companies, while supporting the Compliance and Legal team on a variety of matters to ensure full compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.

Specifically, you will:

  • Act as the key contact for contract and document review, amendment, negotiation and assistance, quality assurance processes.
  • Maintain a central register of agreements and ensure company documents are current and compliant.

  • Support internal stakeholders through training, guidance and assistance.

  • Work collaboratively within the team to deliver accurate, high-quality support while meeting KPIs and professional development goals.

You possess:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial contract management or related field.
  • Advanced written, oral and interpersonal skills with the ability to present information, perspectives and advice to various stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in relevant software applications (e.g., contract management software, MS Office suite).
  • High degree of commercial acumen.
  • Ability to think strategically, through a legal and analytical lens.
  • Ability to work effectively and collaboratively across multiple teams.
