The Opportunity:

We are seeking a detail – oriented and efficient Contract Administrator to join our team. You will be responsible for managing and administering contracts across various aspects of our business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review, draft and revise contracts to ensure alignment with company policies and legal requirements.
  • Monitor contract execution to ensure timely and accurate delivery of project milestones.
  • Ensure compliance with contractual terms and conditions, including payment schedules and deliverables.
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks and discrepancies in contracts.
  • Liaise with relevant departments and clients to address contract-related issues.
  • Maintain organized contract records and databases.

Requirements:

  • A diploma or higher degree in a relevant discipline is required.
  • At least 2 years of proven experience in contract administration.
  • Strong knowledge of contract law, terms and conditions.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Proficient in contract management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
