We're seeking an experienced Project Manager / Contracts Administrator to oversee and coordinate all aspects of bespoke builds — from pricing and budgeting to project delivery. You'll work closely with architects, clients, and subcontractors to bring unique architectural visions to life.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage high-end residential and architectural projects from concept to completion.
  • Prepare and monitor budgets, estimates, and financial reports.
  • Conduct accurate quantity take-offs and cost management throughout each stage.
  • Administer contracts, variations, and procurement processes.
  • Liaise with clients, architects, and trades to ensure quality and communication excellence.
  • Maintain schedules, safety compliance, and project documentation.

Skills & Experience

  • 3–5 years' experience in project management or contract administration (residential focus).
  • Proven experience with architectural or luxury builds.
  • Strong financial, estimating, and organisational skills.
  • Proficiency with construction software a bonus (e.g. Buildxact, Procore).
  • A collaborative mindset and commitment to quality and innovation.
