We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented ‌Contract Administrator‌ to join our team.

In this role, you will:

  • Draft, review, and manage contracts and agreements for property development, sales, and management, ensuring compliance with Australian laws and regulations.
  • Identify potential risks within contracts and implement measures to mitigate them, safeguarding the company's interests.
  • Manage a detailed contract register, monitor renewal dates, and maintain accurate, organized, and easily retrievable records.
  • Monitor contract performance, track deadlines, and resolve any disputes or issues.
  • Act as the main contact for clients on all contract-related issues, ensuring clear and prompt communication.

Requirements:

  • Diploma's degree (or above).
  • 3+ year's work experience as a contract administrator.
  • Strong analytical skills with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel.
