About the role:

We are seeking Sales Executives based in Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane.

Reporting directly to the General Manager - Commercial, the main responsibility of this position is to identify and develop business relationships with online retailers and other potential customers.

This hands-on position requires a candidate who can identify new opportunities, establish relationships, and convert prospects into long-term partnerships.

Key responsibilities:

  • Develop new business opportunities with e-Commerce retailers, Freight Forwarding and other potential customers at all sales cycle stages including targeting, prospecting, and presenting compelling business propositions.
  • Effectively manage large scale, complex contract negotiations and close new business deals with all pillars of the business.
  • Update and maintain Customer details, streamlined processes in the SalesForce platform.
  • Work effectively with decision-makers to develop long-term strategic relationships.
  • Prepare sales presentations that effectively demonstrate the value proposition of SEKO's products and solutions.
  • Develop and maintain a pipeline of targeted entities to continuously grow the business and generate sales.
  • Attend conferences and forums to promote the SEKO brand.
  • Other duties may be assigned.

About You:

  • Experience selling solutions to business customers, including identifying, qualifying, proposing, and closing sales opportunities.
  • Experience building long-term relationships with senior stakeholders (internal and external) and the ability to influence these stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with solution selling, in additional to price and product selling with a particular focus on the technical integration with customers.
  • Track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
