Junior Office/ Sales Assistant

Chargex is a leading provider of innovative charging solutions for electric vehicles (EVs), committed to shaping the future of sustainable transportation. We are seeking a motivated Junior Office/Sales Assistant to join our dynamic team and support our efforts in driving growth and customer satisfaction.
**Responsibilities**:
- Provide administrative support to the sales team, including data entry, filing, and maintaining customer records.
- Assist in coordinating sales activities, such as scheduling appointments, preparing sales presentations, and following up with clients.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotional campaigns and initiatives aimed at increasing brand awareness and sales.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies as necessary to ensure smooth operations.
- Assist in organizing and attending industry events, trade shows, and conferences to represent Chargex and network with potential customers.
- Contribute to the development of sales strategies and initiatives to achieve company goals and targets.
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude while fostering strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
**Requirements**:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in business administration or sales is a plus.
- Prior experience in an office environment or sales-related role is preferred but not required.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively interact with customers and team members.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Enthusiasm for electric vehicles and sustainable technology is desirable.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
**Job Type**: Part-time
**Salary**: $24.00 - $40.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 24 per week
