**Job Subject**:
The organisation is expanding current operations in the FMCG space. Based in the Mascot area, the site is highly automated, sophisticated and equipped to global best practice.

**In the role, you will be responsible for**:

- The generation of daily/weekly optimised production schedules balanced against input and output constraints
- Collaborating with Planning Manager, Production, Sales & Customer Service teams
- Compiling weekly and daily reports on production performance & providing recommendations on planning opportunities to improve productivity
- Challenge existing practices & promote planning efficiencies. Conduct analysis and use historical data to assist in identifying resource improvement opportunities

**To be successful in this role**:

- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to develop relationships and influence senior stakeholders internal and external to the organisation
- Ability to analyse large volumes of data and generate purposeful insights for your team
- Experience of working within a fast-paced manufacturing environment, ideally in FMCG or food Production
- Strong Excel skills
- S&OP/IBP training and understanding advantageous
- Tertiary Qualification
