Market leading mortgage brokerage requires a Broker for their South East Melbourne office. High performing Mentor and Manager. Established back-office support for administration.

  • Will suit existing broker who settles a minimum of $2M per month or a Banker
  • Approximately 30% of leads are provided; Mentorship from hugely successful Manager
  • $80k-$100k plus super plus commission (20% on upfront once quarterly target hit)
  • Flexible working - Fridays you can WFH

The Company:

My client is an established and hugely successful mortgage brokerage who have a variety of clients from expat and foreign investors to first home buyers to high net worth non PAYG business owners. They have a customer first approach and highly talented team.

The Role:

Working for this leading organisation, you will be an integral part in the continued growth and success of the mortgage business. You will be mentored by a director who is recognised as one of the mortgage industry's top performers and who loves developing talent. All of the administration is carried out by the back-office team so you can focus on creating new business opportunities.

Reporting to the Director you will be responsible for:

  • Responsibility for managing existing client and referral relationships.
  • The ability to self-generate business through your own network.
  • Assessing client financial situations
  • Providing the best mortgage & refinance options for the clients
  • Assisting clients with applications & paperwork
  • Liaise with lenders to secure the best rates & terms for our clients
  • Assisting the team & related 3rd parties with mortgage related enquiries where needed

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in Residential Lending / Mortgages essential; 12 months minimum
  • Be customer focused and centric. You will need to care about the customer experience and have strong ethics.
  • High level of both verbal and written communication.
