About the Role
- Coordinate bookings, registrations, and key documentation.
- Liaise across departments to ensure timely and smooth processes.
- Support customer handovers and service delivery.
- Manage day-to-day administration tasks to keep operations on track.
About You
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
- Solid administration background, ideally in a busy environment.
- Confident with computer systems and multitasking.
- A proactive, positive approach with a strong customer focus.
- Experience in vehicle deliveries or dealership operations is advantageous but not essential.
The Benefits
- Salary up to $70,000 + super
- Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m., with occasional Saturday work as needed.
