Full-time

$60,000 - $70,000 + Super 

Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 4:30pm

About the Role

  • Coordinate bookings, registrations, and key documentation.
  • Liaise across departments to ensure timely and smooth processes.
  • Support customer handovers and service delivery.
  • Manage day-to-day administration tasks to keep operations on track.

About You

  • Strong communication and organisational skills.
  • Solid administration background, ideally in a busy environment.
  • Confident with computer systems and multitasking.
  • A proactive, positive approach with a strong customer focus.
  • Experience in vehicle deliveries or dealership operations is advantageous but not essential.

The Benefits
