The Junior / Associate Project Manager will support the planning, coordination, and delivery of projects, ensuring tasks are executed on time and objectives are met. This role is suitable for an organized and proactive professional seeking to build hands-on project management experience within Australia.

Key Responsibilities


• Assist in project planning, scheduling, and tracking progress against milestones


• Maintain project documentation, reports, and presentations for stakeholders


• Coordinate communication among internal teams, clients, and external partners


• Monitor project timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure alignment with goals


• Identify potential risks or issues and support resolution strategies


• Organize meetings, record minutes, and follow up on action items


• Contribute to process improvement and workflow optimization initiatives


• Support senior project managers in ensuring compliance with company policies and quality standards

Requirements


• Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Engineering, or a related field


• 1–3 years of experience in project coordination or junior project management


• Familiarity with project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid)


• Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, Asana, or Trello


• Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills


• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities


• Attention to detail, proactive mindset, and ability to work in a team environment


• Understanding of Australian business practices and professional standards is advantageous
