Reporting to the Allocations Team Leader and working with a small team, you will be tasked with:

• Allocating subcontractors (Plant & Trucks) to construction projects around Brisbane;
• Entering all orders and assigned subcontractor details into our custom EPH System;
• Addressing all client questions and subcontractor enquiries issued via email and/or telephone; and
• Continually striving to improve customer service, at all times.
• A high level of incoming and outbound calls, were you must be able to multitask and deal with your time effectively.

However, you must have:

• Ability to work Monday to Friday with the occasional Saturday (additional payment provided);
• A valid Drivers License;
• Experience as a fleet controller, fleet coordinator, allocator, transport coordinator, booking coordinator or similar
• Intermediate computer literacy skills;
• Exceptional attention to detail;
• Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate both professionally and casually;
• A strong level of commitment to your team and your role; and
• Ability to demonstrate a strong work ethic in a diverse, fast-moving, and ever-changing environment.
