Astleys Plumbing & Hardware has supplied building materials, plumbing supplies, and trade solutions across regional NSW since 1925. With a proud reputation and loyal customer base, we're now looking for a results-driven Trade Sales Representative to help us expand across Dubbo, Bathurst, Orange and the Central West.

What you'll do

  • Build and manage strong relationships with builders, plumbers and construction companies
  • Drive sales across plumbing, building, and hardware product lines
  • Actively hunt for new business and convert opportunities into long-term accounts
  • Visit job sites and trade customers to provide solutions and support
  • Partner with internal teams to ensure seamless service and delivery

What you'll bring

  • Experience in trade sales (building, plumbing, hardware or similar)
  • A strong network in the construction industry
  • Self-motivated, proactive and hungry to hit targets
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Current driver's licence

This is a full-time role based out of our Dubbo office, covering a thriving trade territory across Bathurst, Orange and surrounds.
