About the Role:
We're looking for a highly organised and proactive individual to take charge of driving new sales growth across channels. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business, maintaining existing relationships, have excellent communication skills and a strong work ethic.

Key responsibilities:
- Open new sales channels: Proactively identify, research and establish new avenues and customer accounts
- Collaborate directly with customers and suppliers to plan, organise and execute strategic promotions, merchandising and marketing campaigns
- Work closely with existing customers, anticipating and responding promptly to their needs
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
- Process quotes and sales enquiries with care and precision
- Monitor and manage stock levels in stores and manage inventory to ensure sufficient stock levels for forecasted demand
- Feedback and report market trends and demands and work together with the team to formulate sales strategy
- Occasionally assisting with deliveries to better understand customer and operational needs
- Work closely with other members of the team as and when necessary
What you'll need:
- Full working rights in Australia and lives in Sydney
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Being able to speak multiple languages is preferred
- Must have an Australian driver's license
- Willingness to work hard and learn
- Attention to detail
- Excellent stakeholder management skills
- Confidence in communicating with foodservice and retail leads, chefs, managers and business owners
- Strong work ethic and self-motivation
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in Excel, Word
- Someone who bounces back, stays motivated and keeps pushing with new ideas
- Foodservice and retail sales experience is highly desirable but transferable experience from FMCG or beverage industries will be considered.

Pay: $50,000.00 – $123,190.36 per year
