About the Role

We're looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Commercial Project Assistant to join our dynamic support team. You'll support a range of commercial initiatives including store development, fit-outs, franchise support, and supplier engagement. Based in our Kangaroo Point Head Office working in the Commercial Team, this role is responsible for the administration assistance and coordination of all capital projects, Franchise business sales and general office duties.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the coordination and administration of commercial and retail development projects.
  • Liaise with internal departments, franchisees, contractors, and suppliers to ensure project milestones are met.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation, timelines, and reporting.
  • Support procurement, cost tracking, and invoice reconciliation activities.
  • Help with research, data entry, and preparation of presentations or proposals.
  • Monitor project progress and escalate issues or delays proactively.
  • Processing incoming enquiries and ensuring the timely processing of all relevant documentation.
  • Preparation of marketing materials including Information Memorandums, benchmarking analysis, and projections.
  • Attending to large property transactions, including due diligence and option agreements.
  • Assisting with procedural processes for rental determinations.
  • Managing and reviewing leases, licence agreements and franchising agreements.
  • Manage all project correspondence and record keeping accurately & confidentially.

What We Are Looking For:

  • Experience in project coordination, administration, or retail operations (ideally 1–3 years is preferable not compulsory).
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to multitask across fast-paced projects.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • A keen eye for detail and a proactive, can-do attitude.
  • Retail, franchising, or fit-out experience is highly regarded.
