About the company

Our client is part of a reputable franchise (Carlton Area) who are seeking a Property Manager to take over an extremely well maintained portfolio of 160 properties with great administration support.

This well known and extremely professional firm specialises in property management and investments as well as sales.  They pride themselves on utilising the most up to date procedures and technology's within their workplace, including the most sought after cloud based system, PropertyME.

Long standing employees and a fun and professional culture, the team put a lot of resources into training, career advancement and development.

Majority of the portfolio is local to the office and within 5-10 kms at the most.

About the role

  • Monday to Friday - 1 in 4 Saturday's with time off the following Friday
  • This office offers their Senior PM's an enormous amount of support to ensure their role is made as streamlined as possible.

About You

  • Friendly, Team Orientated Attitude
  • Minimum 12 months Residential Property Management Experience
  • Thorough Knowledge of Residential Tenancies Act
  • Attention to Detail and Organisational Skills
  • Outstanding Communication Skills and Building Relationships
  • Agents Rep/Certificate IV in Real Estate Services and reliable car/valid Drivers License
