Your Mission

This is the front line of our business. Your mission is to identify, negotiate, and secure top-tier properties across Australia. You will be instrumental in the end-to-end acquisition process, from first contact to securing the contract. If you love the thrill of the chase and the satisfaction of a closed deal, this is for you.

You'll be responsible for:

  • Hunting Down Opportunities:
    Proactively sourcing on- and off-market properties in key growth areas.
  • Winning at the Table:
    Leading negotiations with agents to secure the best possible terms for our clients.
  • Networking for Success:
    Building and maintaining strong, trusted relationships with agents and industry contacts.
  • Execution & Follow-Through:
    Managing the acquisition process with precision and discipline.

What We're Looking For

  • Mindset:

  • Skills:
