for our clients. We're growing fast, and we're looking for a Property Acquisition Specialist - a driven, results-obsessed individual ready to hustle and close deals.

You'll be working directly with our founder, Nirvan Jamshidpey, our Head of Deal Acquisition and a former top-tier Commercial Real Estate Lawyer, and will have a direct hand in the growth of our company and of our clients' investment portfolios.

Your Mission

This is the front line of our business. Your mission is to identify, negotiate, and secure top-tier properties across Australia. You will be instrumental in the end-to-end acquisition process, from first contact to securing the contract. You'll be responsible for:

  • Hunting Down Opportunities:
    Proactively sourcing on- and off-market properties in key growth areas.
  • Winning at the Table:
    Leading negotiations with agents to secure the best possible terms for our clients.
  • Networking for Success:
    Building and maintaining strong, trusted relationships with agents and industry contacts.
  • Execution & Follow-Through:
    Managing the acquisition process with precision and discipline.

What We're Looking For

  • Mindset:

  • Skills:
    Strong communication, sharp negotiation skills, and an analytical mind.
  • Location:
    You'll need to be in our Essendon North office a minimum of 3 days a week.
