Purpose of the Role
BGIS is seeking an experienced
Operations Administrator
to support the smooth delivery of facilities management services for one of our key aviation clients. This role has been created as part of an exciting expansion of services and will be based on-site at our client's Brisbane Head Office.

Reporting directly to the Account Manager, you will provide administrative coordination to support soft services operations, contractor management, and national cleaning activities . Your work will help ensure contract KPIs, compliance, and reporting requirements are consistently met, while fostering strong client and stakeholder relationships.

The ideal candidate will be highly organised, collaborative, and confident in managing competing priorities, with a proactive approach to service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administration and coordination support across soft services operations
  • Assist with scheduling, rostering, and monitoring of cleaning and subcontractor activities
  • Maintain accurate compliance, training, and audit records
  • Support financial tracking, reporting, and KPI analysis
  • Foster strong communication and relationships with stakeholders, contractors, and team members
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives

Education, Experience & Skills
Essential:

  • Strong administration experience with understanding of QA, OH&S, and environmental systems
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage competing priorities with attention to detail

Desirable:

  • Experience in facilities, property, or corporate real estate administration
  • Exposure to CMMS or service delivery management systems
  • Knowledge of cleaning services or subcontractor management

Workplace Flexibility
This is a
permanent part-time position (20 hours per week)
, Monday to Friday from 10am-2pm (preferred but can be adjusted), based on-site at our client's Brisbane Head Office.
