Job Description

  • Use your advanced knowledge of analytics and data visualisation skills to uncover insights, trends and product improvements to enhance our customer experience

As a Product Analyst, you will be responsible for providing analytical support to a team of senior Product Managers on the Qantas Ground Products Team. You'll play a key role in enabling informed decision-making, shaping product design and development and establishing clear investment rationale across the portfolio.

You Will Support The Ground Products Team With

  • in-depth analyses of customer feedback and product performance in airport environments
  • uncovering trends and translate complex data into actionable insights
  • developing and applying statistical, financial, and predictive models
  • research and benchmarking to uncover trends and opportunities
  • data visualisation – including dashboards and reports
  • creating new rich sources of customer data through innovation
  • collaborating across teams to drive product and service improvements
  • presenting insights to senior stakeholders

You Will Have

  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, Power BI, Think-cell, and basic SQL
  • Expertise in data cleansing and enrichment processes
  • Proficiency in designing and building statistical, financial, and predictive models
  • Deep expertise in identify trends, patterns, and root causes through data analysis
  • Experience in developing business cases and commercial recommendations
  • Knowledge of aviation terminology and airport operations
  • Comfort with customer segmentation and use of AI to enhance analytics
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively within cross-functional teams
  • High attention to detail with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage deadlines effectively
