Your Challenge

We are seeking a Product Owner to shape and deliver innovative solutions that enhance client experience and operational efficiency. This role requires strong technical knowledge, strategic thinking, and the ability to collaborate across teams to bring ideas to life.

Your Responsibilities
  • Product Vision & Roadmap: Define and communicate a clear product vision, building a roadmap that aligns with business strategy and stakeholder input.
  • Client Experience: Act as the central point for new initiatives that improve user and client outcomes.
  • Idea Management: Ensure ideas and Lean Canvases are completed with a focus on customer value.
  • Collaboration: Partner with business analysts, developers, and quality analysts to deliver effective solutions and strategic initiatives.
  • Backlog Management: Gather, prioritise, and refine the product backlog; ensure user stories are ready with clear acceptance criteria.
  • Delivery Support: Keep the delivery team aligned with the roadmap and invested in the vision.
  • Problem-Solving: Use market research and insights to ensure the right customer problems are addressed.
  • Progress Tracking: Monitor feature releases, share updates with stakeholders, and track benefit realisation.
  • Quality & Efficiency: Balance defect resolution with enhancements to deliver consistent value.
Your Profile

You bring a strong background in wealth management solutions and a passion for delivering products that make a difference.

Skills & Experience
  • Expertise in wealth client solutions such as portfolio reporting, relationship management, secure portals, digital onboarding, and client insights.
  • Solid understanding of financial services products and regulatory frameworks.
  • Knowledge of technology offerings in the market and how to implement them effectively.
  • Proven ability to prioritise customer needs and deliver what matters most.
  • Skilled at balancing technical constraints with product differentiation.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to design effective solutions for complex challenges.
Qualifications
  • Formal Product Owner certification (e.g., CSPO, PSPO).
