Le Petit Chateau Restaurant is currently looking for an experienced Marketing Specialist / Content Creator for a permanent, full time position – 38 hours per week.

Salary: $76, $80,000.00 per year + Superannuation

Key responsibilities will include:

As our Restaurant Marketing Specialist, you will play a key role in driving brand awareness, customer engagement, and sales growth across all channels. Your responsibilities will include:

• Planning and executing creative marketing and advertising campaigns to promote the restaurant and support business objectives.
• Advising owners and leadership on marketing strategies that effectively reach local and digital target audiences.
• Coordinating the production of marketing materials, including social media content, promotional flyers, menu design, video content, and media placements.
• Conducting market and competitor research to identify dining trends, customer behavior, and promotional opportunities.
• Developing and managing marketing plans that align with seasonal trends, local events, and business goals.
• Gathering and analyzing customer feedback and market data to support decisions on new menu items, promotions, and services.
• Recommending strategies for pricing, promotions, and delivery/takeout options to increase profitability and customer satisfaction.
• Managing the restaurant's digital presence by creating, scheduling, and publishing content across social media, websites, and email campaigns.
• Monitoring and reporting on campaign performance, providing actionable insights to improve marketing ROI.
• Applying data analysis and revenue modeling to evaluate the impact of marketing and pricing strategies.
• Collaborating closely with internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely and high-quality execution of all marketing initiatives.

Required Skills and attributes:

• Minimum 1 year experience in Marketing / Content Creation or a related field.
• A strong understanding of digital marketing platforms, including Social Media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook and TikTok, Google Business and email marketing tools
• A creative mindset, with the ability to create engaging campaigns, deadlines and vendor relationships
• Ability to work both independently and in collaboration with kitchen teams, management and external agencies
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple campaigns and deadlines
• Familiarity with design tools (e.g. Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is highly regarded.
• Data-driven approach, with experience analyzing campaign performance, customer data, and market trends to inform strategy
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a strong eye for detail in content creation and promotional materials
