As we continue to grow and expand our reach, we are looking for a motivated and experienced Marketing Specialist to join our team and drive our marketing initiatives to the next level.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and manage marketing strategies and campaigns to promote the Institute's programs and brand.
  • Plan and execute digital marketing activities across various channels including social media, email, SEO, SEM, and content marketing.
  • Create and manage engaging marketing materials, promotional content, and advertising campaigns aligned with brand guidelines.
  • Conduct market research and analyse trends to identify new opportunities for growth and student recruitment.
  • Coordinate and participate in events, exhibitions, and promotional activities to enhance brand visibility.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistency in communication and messaging.
  • Monitor, measure, and report on the performance of marketing campaigns and initiatives.
  • Manage relationships with external marketing agencies and partners as needed.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (or equivalent qualification).
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in a marketing or communications role, preferably within the education or training sector.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing tools, social media platforms, and analytics.
  • Proven experience in campaign management, lead generation, and brand promotion.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to produce engaging content.
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in marketing software such as Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, Mailchimp, and Canva (or similar).
