Digital Marketing Specialist (Google Ads & Meta Ads)What You'll Do

Develop and Execute Strategies:

Plan, implement, and manage integrated digital marketing campaigns across Google Ads and social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and X/Twitter).

Develop cross-channel strategies for multiple brands, focused on brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.

Content Creation and Scheduling:

Create engaging, brand-specific content and maintain a consistent posting schedule.

Manage and optimize paid campaigns using Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads to maximize ROI while ensuring compliance with advertising and data policies.

Campaign Management & Analytics:

Set up, monitor, and continuously improve campaigns to achieve performance goals.

Use Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Meta Ads Manager to track KPIs and generate actionable insights.

Implement accurate tracking through pixels, tags, and goals, maintaining data integrity and privacy standards.

Collaboration:

Work closely with design, development, and account teams to deliver cohesive, high-performing marketing campaigns that align with client objectives and ethical marketing standards.

About You

Experience:

Skills and Certifications:

  • Google Ads Certification (required)
  • Meta Ads Certification (required)
  • Solid understanding of paid media strategy across Google and social platforms.
  • Strong analytical and creative problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Personal Qualities:

  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and highly organized.
  • Able to manage multiple brands and prioritize effectively.
  • Passionate about digital marketing and eager to learn in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
