Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective marketing campaigns to promote properties and company services
  • Manage digital marketing channels, including social media, email campaigns, and online advertising
  • Create engaging content for listings, brochures, newsletters, and promotional materials
  • Work closely with the sales team to align marketing strategies with business goals
  • Analyse campaign performance and provide insights to improve results
  • Coordinate property photography, videography, and staging to enhance property presentations
  • Ensure consistent brand messaging across all platforms
  • Stay updated with real estate market trends and competitor activities

Qualifications & Experience

  • Minimum qualification: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (preferred)
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in marketing (real estate industry experience highly desirable)
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing tools, social media platforms, and analytics
  • Excellent copywriting, communication, and content creation skills
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
  • Creative mindset with strong attention to detail
  • Experience with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite) and CRM systems (advantageous)
  • Reliable, proactive, and able to work both independently and collaboratively
