As we expand our offerings to include new product lines such as dumplings and desserts, we are entering an exciting new chapter of growth. To support this expansion and strengthen our brand presence, FooDao is seeking a talented and driven Marketing Specialist to join our team full-time.

As our Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for:

  • Building our social media footprint in line with organisational goals
  • Implementing, administration and reporting of commercial marketing activity including market excitement campaigns
  • Preparing weekly marketing reports
  • Driving our multi-channel marketing plan and associated calendar of key activities
  • Formulating marketing strategy, including pricing & promotion, product positioning, marketing, place & sales strategy
  • Coordinating with other functional teams to synchronize action status to secure the successful launch of the products
  • Use integrated marketing to promote new product testing, launching, channel coverage, retail coverage etc
  • Supporting the maintenance and development of internal tools, including databases and intranet sites (e.g. partner portal) and public website
  • Effectively manage campaign expenses by staying on budget٫ appropriately estimating monthly costs٫ and reconciling any discrepancies that may arise
  • Conduct market research on keywords, consumer trends, and competing brands. Collating marketing research, competitive analyses, as well as campaign results
  • Through competitiveness analysis, execution of market objectives, policies, and programs to support the company business growth and development

Skills and experience requirements:

  • Qualification in Marketing
  • Have a minimum 2 years' experience as a Marketing Specialist or in a similar role
  • Have a flare for creativity and an eye for detail
  • Have outstanding verbal and written communication skills
  • Mandarin speaking is highly regarded
  • Organised and ability to meet strict deadlines
  • Ability to multi-task and work under pressure
  • Solid understanding of SEO, KOL, Google AdWords, Google Analytics, social media advertising etc
  • Experience managing and tracking digital marketing and social media platforms
  • Strategic, target and data driven with reporting and analytical skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $75,000.00 – $85,000.00 per year
