The Opportunity
Sharp & Carter are proud to partner with an established and well-regarded professional services firm for the recruitment of an Administrator on a permanent, full-time basis.
This role plays a pivotal part in ensuring high-quality service is provided to both internal and external clients through accurate record keeping, process management and exceptional attention to detail. You'll be joining a collaborative administration team that values professionalism, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Open new client files, including conducting searches and compliance checks
- Review and maintain client and matter information in accordance with firm policies
- Prepare and issue client cost agreements
- Identify and escalate compliance issues when required
- Process new clients for billing and assist with trust deed and company registrations
- Provide administrative support across the Central Administration Team as required
- Ensure all client records and documents are managed with accuracy and confidentiality
Skills & Experience Required
- Proven administration experience within a professional services or corporate environment
- High level of attention to detail and organisational skills
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Proactive, positive and professional approach with a team-oriented mindset
- Ability to prioritise competing tasks and meet deadlines
- Familiarity with compliance processes or client onboarding will be highly regarded
