FinXL is seeking skilled Infrastructure Engineers to perform and achieve systems administration work within an integrated workforce. The Infrastructure Engineer will provide detailed systems administration, technical, professional and policy advice in relation to complex work and contribute to strategic planning and implementation.
Key duties and responsibilities:
- Provide advice and specialist guidance to ensure best use is made of available assets and to maintain or improve the installation service.
- Evaluate, provision and test new system software, including cloud based solutions Develop and maintain diagnostic tools and/or procedures for system troubleshooting and performance analysis.
- Managing virtual, cloud and hybrid environments
- Automating tasks through scripting, coding and orchestration tools Conduct other systems administration related tasks within the scope of the stated APS level, as required by the business area.
Technical Skills:
- Holds a degree in Computer Science or related field
- Proficient in operating systems, networking, database management and security protocols ·
- Proficient in technology applications such as Ansible, Linux, Splunk
