What You'll Be Doing

This isn't just front desk work—it's about creating an excellent experience for our members and their clients every day. You'll be the first point of contact and an essential part of the team that keeps our workspace running smoothly.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Greeting members and their guests with warmth and professionalism
  • Managing bookings for meetings, mediations, and events
  • Supporting members with day-to-day office needs and light legal admin
  • Helping onboard new members and setting up their offices
  • Assisting with basic tech set-ups alongside our IT team
  • Keeping shared areas polished and presentation-ready
  • Building positive relationships and making sure our members feel supported

Who You Are

  • You enjoy helping others and working in a professional setting
  • You've worked in a front-of-house, admin, hospitality, or customer-facing role before
  • You're a strong communicator who can stay calm and organised under pressure
  • You're reliable, friendly, and excellent at multitasking
  • You take pride in your work and care about the details
  • You're confident using tech systems and open to learning more
