Key responsibilities- BOH Supervisor:
Supervise and guide the team to ensure smooth and efficient service. Responsible for rostering, ingredient ordering, inventory management, and cost control. Handle complex customer complaints. Assist with interviewing, training new staff, and managing store administration.
- Must have valid Australian working rights. Strong communication and teamwork skills. The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Mandarin is highly regarded but not a mandatory requirement.
Current Food Handler Certificate are a plus, or a willingness to obtain them upon employment.
A minimum of 2+ years of relevant management or supervisory experience. Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills. Experience in rostering, inventory management, or cost control.
