Across Australia & New Zealand we have over 90 entertainment venues and more than 4500 team; all devoted to creating remarkable experiences for our guests What is the role? We are currently looking for a full-time, permanent Head Chef to join our new Kingpin venue in Melbourne. As the Head Chef you will be responsible for delivering all aspects of high-volume food preparation and presentation and supporting with the day-to-day operation of the venue.Key responsibilities of the role include:Coach your Funsquad by modelling the importance of the guest experience and setting expectationsEnsure a fun yet safe environment for your squad and guests ensuring your department meets the safety requirements of TEEG and that the kitchen meets all aspects of food safety & quality controlWork towards delivering on targets through efficient ordering, identify opportunities and execute cost control measuresLead the day-to-day kitchen operation, complete or delegate daily dutiesDeliver high volume food preparation and presentation and lead the food preparation and delivery for any events/functions held at the venueDrive the implementation and success of new menus Skills or Experience Required Relevant culinary qualification and at least 3 years full time relevant experience  Proven customer service focusProven leadership experienceCertificate in hospitality, retail, catering or food would be highly regardedHolds or is willing to obtain a Food Safety Supervisor Certificate What you'll getA reputable organisation that is on a growth trajectory and offers strong job securityGrowth opportunities to advance your careerIncredible discounts + perks across all brands over Australia & NZBeing a part of a culture that will make you jump out of bed in the morning If we sound like the perfect fit for you, apply now by emailing At TEEG we like to celebrate what makes you, uniquely you.
