The Role:

We are currently seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team at the AAD, NSW site. Reporting to the Customer Service Team Leader, this role requires a confident and enthusiastic individual who is responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction and managing quality of product and service delivery.

  • Answering incoming calls and customer enquiries.
  • Receiving and processing orders on behalf of customers in an efficient and accurate manner.
  • Develop strong relationships with customers.
  • Logging lost sales and competitor information.
  • Assisting customers with freight issues.
  • General store cleaning and housekeeping.
  • General phone and email enquiries.
  • Handling complaints.
  • Liaising with Customer Service Team Leader and/or National Sales Manager on all matters in relation to customer service.

Your Skills & Experience:

  • 2+ years of direct sales experience.
  • Good understanding of sales and ability to communicate with a wide range of stakeholders.
  • Strong organisational and prioritisation skills.
  • Outstanding communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organisation.
  • Ability to translate complicated technical language to a non-technical consumer.
  • Strong influencing and persuasion skills.
  • Strong PC literacy, MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
