This role offers flexible part-time hours (9am – 3pm, exact hours open to fit in with the right candidate), $55,000 + Super (full time equivalent) – perfect if you need time in the mornings and afternoons for school drop-offs and pick-ups, while still wanting to build your career in a professional and rewarding environment.

Your impact

You'll be the first impression for our clients and the organiser who keeps our Brisbane office running smoothly:

  • Welcome clients warmly and manage our reception area

  • Answer calls, manage appointments, and take messages

  • Coordinate client meetings with our Partners and Managers

  • Prepare and file client documentation (paper & digital)

  • Support client onboarding and offboarding

  • Keep office supplies stocked and systems running smoothly

  • Help organise team events, retreats, and celebrations

What we're looking for

  • Office administration experience (accounting industry experience is a bonus, but not essential)

  • Confident, friendly, and professional phone manner

  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • A positive "team player" attitude with a willingness to learn and take initiative
