Taishin International Bank Brisbane Branch is seeking for a bilingual (Mandarin and English) Part-Time Account and Admin Assistant. This role provides an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented professional with strong administrative capabilities to contribute to a dynamic and supportive team.
Key Responsibilities:
- General administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, correspondence management and stock management
- Assisting with accounts payable, receivable and financial reporting
- Supporting team operations and ensuring efficient office workflows
- Preparing and maintaining accurate documentation
- Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned
Skills & Experiences:
- Tertiary qualification in accounts or business related field
- Proven experience in accounts and administration
- High level of attention to details and organisation skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Work, Excel, Outlook)
- Team player willing to adapt to company culture
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Mandarin
- Must have permanent and unrestricted rights to work in Australia
