About The Role:

At Redlands Gentle Dental Care, we are committed to supporting all our team members to flourish. We believe that a positive attitude is essential to success in our practice. We meet regularly to train and develop our skills and share knowledge. 

As a Dental Receptionist/Assistant, you will play an essential role in our busy practice. You will have a variety of responsibilities that contribute to providing excellent customer service and administrative support.

  • Friendly Personality: A warm and friendly demeanour is essential in our receptionist role. You'll be the face of our practice; greeting patients with a smile and making them feel comfortable.
  • Ability to Multitask: In a bustling dental office, no two days are the same We need someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, capable of juggling various tasks simultaneously.
  • Dental Experience: Someone with minimum 1 year experience is preferred, with a basic understanding of dental terminology and procedures.
  • Time Management: Punctuality and the ability to manage time effectively are crucial. We value someone who can keep things running smoothly and ensure all patients receive the attention they deserve.
