This position plays a key role in strategic planning, market research, and digital communications — ensuring our marketing strategies effectively reach and engage a diverse, multicultural audience.

• Plan, develop and manage integrated marketing campaigns to promote company products and services.
• Conduct market research, analyse trends, and prepare insightful reports to guide business decisions.
• Create and manage engaging content for both Western and Asian social media platforms (e.g. Facebook, LinkedIn, WeChat, Weibo, RedNote).
• Coordinate advertising, media placements, sponsorships, and promotional events.
• Monitor and evaluate campaign performance, prepare analytical reports, and provide data-driven recommendations.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure brand consistency and messaging alignment.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure successful marketing outcomes.

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in marketing, communications, or digital media management.
• Proven skills in digital content creation, campaign management, and marketing analytics.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Mandarin.
• Familiarity with Western and Asian social media platforms (e.g. Facebook, LinkedIn, WeChat, Weibo, RedNote).
• Experience in marketing within service-based industries (finance, property, or consulting) will be highly regarded.
• Strong project management, analytical, and organisational skills.
