Our Social Media Marketing team is looking for an Account Manager to join us. If you have customer service experience and are interested in building a career in marketing, we'd love to hear from you.

The Role:

As an Account Manager, you'll be a key point of contact for our clients. You'll manage their ad campaigns, create engaging content and build strong relationships that support long-term customer retention. You'll ensure our clients get the most out of our service by sharing product knowledge, answering questions and providing friendly, reliable support throughout their journey.

What You'll Do:

  • Deliver top-notch customer service that ensures customer satisfaction and retention
  • Guide customers through our service, offering training and ongoing support
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, understanding their goals and challenges
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience, including upselling and cross-selling relevant features
  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve product functionality and service delivery
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback

What We're Looking For:

  • Proven experience in sales or customer service (essential)
  • A professional demeanour with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Canva and a keen eye for creating visually appealing designs
  • A proactive, self-starter attitude with excellent multitasking abilities
