Position overview

Adams Pest Control, Orkin's Victoria brand and established for over 75 years, is excited to offer an opportunity for an experienced Account Manager to join our Melbourne-based sales team. Reporting to the Sales Manager your primary responsibility will be to maintain and nurture an existing client portfolio.

Key responsibilities:

· Manage and retain client accounts to ensure satisfaction and long-term relationships

  • Manage and improve Client cancellation rates
  • Develop and present service solutions which speak to the client's needs and concerns
  • Leverage CRM to identify and develop key opportunities
  • Achieve sales targets while ensuring healthy profit margins
  • Work with technical staff and other internal colleagues to meet customer needs

  • Proven experience with a background in account management demonstrated Client Retention
  • Exceptional relationship-building abilities
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Effective time management and organizational skills
