About us

Pendulum College Australia (Fairfield) is preparing to deliver BSB50420 Diploma and BSB60420 Advanced Diploma of Leadership & Management. We're inviting Expressions of Interest from experienced trainers to join us once RTO/CRICOS approval is granted.

Must have

  • TAE40122 Certificate IV in Training & Assessment (new TAE).
  • BSB50420 Diploma and BSB60420 Advanced Diploma completed via study (not RPL) — attach testamurs and transcripts.
  • USI VET Transcript (PDF) showing both qualifications/units.
  • Relevant industry experience in leadership/management (ideally 2+ years).
  • Strong assessment practice (mapping, validation/moderation) and compliance mindset.
  • Confident delivering face-to-face and online (Zoom/Teams + LMS).

Nice to have

  • CRICOS delivery experience; LLN support experience; recent assessment design/validation work.

What you'll do

  • Deliver and assess BSB50420 & BSB60420, maintain industry currency, contribute to assessment validation, support learners online and on-campus, uphold ASQA/ESOS requirements.
