We are searching for passionate trainer/assessors to deliver one or more of the following qualifications:

  • FBP30822 Certificate III in Pharmaceutical Manufacturing
  • FBP40522 Certificate IV in Pharmaceutical Manufacturing

Job Description:

We have an opportunity for a passionate trainer to join our team on a contract casual basis.

As a trainer/assessor, you will be responsible for training and assessing International and Domestic students enrolled in the relevant scope, as well as contributing to the improvement of training and assessment materials used within the facilities.

The successful candidate will be committed to delivering quality training, energetic, self-motivated, and possess a sound knowledge of vocational skills. You should also have excellent written and verbal communication skills, be self-motivated, and have a team-oriented mindset.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Conduct assessments using standard assessment tools.
  • Facilitate training for groups, individuals, or classes, catering to a range of learners.
  • Maintain all student records and competencies, accordance with policies and procedures.
  • Establish, develop, and maintain effective relationships with students.

Essential criteria

  • FBP30822 / FBP40522
  • Hold a TAE40122 or equivalent

Desirable criteria:

  • Holding ABN
  • Working with children's Check
  • Police check
  • Reference check
  • Public Liability, Professional Indemnity Insurance
