The Duratec Group of companies are experiencing rapid growth, and we're seeking an experienced Operations Manager to spearhead this growth in South Australia. You'll play a pivotal role in driving business growth, managing complex projects, and fostering a culture of excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute growth strategies across Defence refurbishment, façade remediation and infrastructure remediation projects
• Oversee daily operations and ensuring seamless project delivery
• Partner with the State Manager to identify and pursue new business opportunities
• Manage budgets, schedules, and resource allocation
• Lead market research and trend analysis to inform strategic decisions
• Lead bid preparation and submission processes
• Build strong relationships with clients, contractors, and stakeholders
• Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement

About You
You're a seasoned construction operations leader with a proven track record of delivering exceptional results. Your strong technical background, coupled with your strategic thinking and leadership skills, make you the ideal candidate for this role.

Qualifications & Experience

• Extensive experience in operations within the construction or infrastructure industry.
• Proven ability to manage large-scale projects and complex portfolios.
• Strong commercial acumen and financial management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A passion for innovation and a commitment to delivering outstanding results.
