Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for an Operations Manager located in Adelaide, SA, with some work from home acceptable. The Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, developing and implementing business strategies, streamlining processes, and ensuring operational efficiency. This role includes coordinating with various departments, managing budgets, and optimizing workflows to drive business growth. The Operations Manager will also be tasked with monitoring performance metrics, handling logistics, and maintaining compliance with industry standards.

  • Operations management, process improvement, and workflow optimization skills
  • Strong leadership, team management, and collaboration abilities
  • Experience in budget management, financial planning, and resource allocation
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Effective communication, both verbal and written, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a hybrid work environment
  • Experience in the professional services industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
