Blooms Management Services (BMS) provides support and partnership to over 125 successful Blooms The Chemist pharmacies. Our Pharmacists and team members have been delivering friendly expert advice and professional service to our communities for over 40 years.

As the Marketing Manager – Network Growth, you'll be the driving force behind B2B campaigns that attract and nurture pharmacist leads. Reporting to the Head of Network Growth Marketing, you'll collaborate across teams to deliver compelling campaigns, events, and programs that fuel our national expansion.

This is a high-impact role for a marketer who thrives on strategy, creativity, and execution. You'll be the bridge between marketing and network development—translating market insights into campaigns that convert.

Main responsibilities include:

  • Plan and execute B2B campaigns that attract qualified pharmacist leads
  • Build and optimise nurture journeys using CRM tools like Dynamics, Salesforce, or HubSpot Lead the Pharmacist Referral and Ambassador Programs to drive peer advocacy
  • Support industry events that accelerate lead engagement and conversion
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to deliver on-brand, on-time campaigns
  • Translate market trends into actionable marketing content and media opportunities

Successful candidate will possess:

  • Experience in B2B marketing—healthcare, franchising, or professional services preferred
  • Degree in Marketing or Communications
  • Strong CRM and marketing automation experience
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Proactive, collaborative, and customer-focused mindset
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office and project tools like Jira or Asana
  • A hands-on approach with a flair for innovation and lateral thinking
