- Manage social media platforms, create viral content, and build influencer partnerships
- Coordinate virtual/physical events, community meetups, and webinars
- Maintain brand identity and consistent messaging across all channels

**Requirements**:

- 7+ years of growth marketing in crypto/fintech with a proven scaling record
- Strong analytics, community building, and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Deep blockchain understanding and performance marketing expertise
- Excellence in data analysis, optimization, and strategic planning
