We are looking for a
Key Account Manager
to strengthen our ambitious networking sales team in
Sydney, Australia
. You will play a key role in managing and expanding relationships with our key distributors and partners across the region, ensuring Teltonika's networking solutions reach their full market potential.

Teltonika's
Networking Solutions
business unit develops and manufactures industrial and enterprise connectivity equipment including routers, switches, gateways, and modems. Our networking devices enable digital transformation in
Industry 4.0, Smart City, and Green Energy
applications.

Teltonika provides opportunities for ambitious professionals to grow in strategic B2B relationship management, enhance product expertise, and contribute directly to global business expansion.

In this role, you will:

  • Manage and develop long-term partnerships with distributors and key accounts to achieve business growth targets.
  • Oversee the entire distributor lifecycle from onboarding, sales enablement, and joint business planning to performance tracking.
  • Analyze market trends, identify new channel opportunities, and execute strategies to strengthen Teltonika's market presence.
  • Monitor distributor sales pipelines and ensure consistent achievement of revenue and volume goals.
  • Conduct regular business reviews with partners to evaluate sales performance, marketing activities, and inventory levels.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams (marketing, technical support, logistics, and product specialists) to ensure partner satisfaction and operational efficiency.
  • Participate in exhibitions, conferences, and partner events to represent Teltonika's networking portfolio and drive brand visibility.
  • Provide feedback from the market to support product development and commercial strategy.

What we expect of you:

  • Fluency in
    English

  • Minimum
    5+ years of experience in B2B sales or key account management, preferably within the networking, ICT, or industrial technology sectors.
  • Proven experience in
    distributor or channel management
    , with a track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong communication, analytical, and negotiation skills, with a strategic and data-driven mindset.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and comfortable working both independently and collaboratively.
  • Willingness to
    travel
    domestically and internationally as required.
