Marketing Coordinator - Payments Marketing Team

To keep up with the incredible growth we've experienced in recent years, we are looking for a motivated marketing coordinator to join our fantastic marketing team.

Reporting to the Senior Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for supporting product positioning including product collateral, website content, and other sources of content that will drive customer engagement, and product use and acquire new customers. You will also manage and implement the go-to-market strategy and materials for new product and feature launches.

As the Marketing Coordinator you will:

  • Manage and implement the go-to-marketing strategy and materials for launches
  • Execute product marketing communication plans
  • Work with various systems to develop direct-to-customer campaigns, and set up customer journeys and automation
  • Collaborate with the sales team to create marketing content
  • Oversee product launches, feature releases, and product positioning to drive engagement from our customer base
  • Manage social media channels and websites

Essential skills and experience:

  • 2+ years in a Marketing role
  • A creative eye and passion for design
  • Experience in brand management
  • Experience in social media
  • Great communication skills
  • Willingness to learn and contribute ideas
  • Experience in fast-paced environments
  • Proven ability to liaise with internal and external stakeholders

Bonus points if you have:

  • Skilled with design software specifically Canva and Adobe Photoshop
  • Knowledge and experience with agile teams
  • Understanding of paid and organic advertising
  • B2B or Financial Services experience
