About the role
We are looking for our next Student & Administrative Support Officer to be the backbone of our operations. If you're organised, love interacting with people, and thrive in a dynamic environment, this could be the perfect role for you
What you'll be doing
- Being the face for our RTO, whilst providing high-quality customer service to students and trainers
- Handling student records, course schedules, and administrative tasks
- Processing enrolments and AVETMISS reporting
- Processing resubmissions, extensions and completions / cancellations
- Keeping the office presentable and running smoothly, to ensure the ultimate student satisfaction experience

What we're looking for
- A people-person with strong communication and customer service skills
- Minimum 1-2 years of customer service experience is required
- Someone who's great at multitasking and staying organised in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with Axcelerate and Microsoft Suite is a plus (or a willingness to learn)
- A keen eye for detail and a continuous improvement mindset
- Basic knowledge of RTO standards and compliance is an advantage (but we'll support you in learning)
- Australian citizenship is required for this position
