A fantastic opportunity has opened up for an enthusiastic and meticulous Lease Administrator to join our Leasing and Legal team.

The role of the Leasing & Property Coordinator provides a full range of timely administrative support for Retail Zoo's Legal, Design & Development and Property departments.

This role is responsible for:

  • Ensure all database systems are updated to ensure information being used by the business is current.
  • Create and maintain database and spreadsheet files as needed for the Leasing, Franchising and Design & Development teams
  • Provide administrative work associated with maintaining the portfolio of leases and other administrative tasks relating to the Leasing department.
  • Send and follow up documentation via DocuSign
  • Rectify general property management issues associated with our portfolio of leases.
  • Manage Bank Guarantees, and all required approvals and permits for new store builds
  • Manage all council investigations and provide due diligence for new and refurbing sites
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key internal stakeholders
