The Role

We're looking for a 
Senior
Account Manager
 to manage client relationships, coordinate projects, and oversee campaign execution. You'll act as the main point of contact for clients, liaise with our designers and creative team, and ensure campaigns are delivered on time and on brief.

This is a fast-paced role requiring excellent multitasking, project management skills, and a proactive approach to client service. If you have a background in a creative agency and design skills, that's a strong plus.

What You'll Do

  • Client Relationship Management
     – Serve as the main contact for clients, understand their objectives, and ensure their needs are met throughout campaigns.
  • Project Management
     – Coordinate internal teams, manage timelines, and keep campaigns on track from concept to execution.
  • Campaign Oversight
     – Ensure content creation, paid campaigns, and influencer partnerships are executed seamlessly.
  • Liaise with Designers & Creatives
     – Collaborate with in-house designers and video editors to deliver high-quality creative work.
  • Reporting & Insights
     – Track campaign performance and provide updates and recommendations to clients.
  • Agency Support
     – Contribute to process improvements and support multiple projects simultaneously.

What You'll Need

  • Native-level fluency in Mandarin and strong English communication skills.
  • Experience managing clients and campaigns in a creative or marketing agency.
  • Strong project management and multitasking skills.
  • Design or content creation experience is a plus (video, social media posts, or graphics).
  • Ability to coordinate across teams and work proactively to solve problems.
  • A collaborative mindset and attention to detail.
