Hours: 2–3 days/week (minimum 50% in-office) with flexibility

Salary: Pro-rata $100K+ super for a fully qualified Senior Accountant

Role & Responsibilities

  • Manage compliance work end-to-end for individuals, companies, trusts, and partnerships
  • Prepare financial statements, tax returns, and BAS/IAS
  • Handle compliance across trust and corporate structures, with potential to step into advisory work
  • Collaborate closely with both partners, delivering work across all practice areas

What We're Looking For

  • CA or CPA qualified with at least 5 years of public practice experience
  • Proficient in Excel, Access (or equivalent software), and Outlook
  • Able to independently manage a compliance portfolio from start to finish
  • Motivated to meet billing targets (e.g., 3× salary) and contribute to firm profitability
